It gives a small group the chance to experience Decimal from the beginning — before Chapter 0001 is released, at the point when Decimal moves from an idea into its first public Chapter.
A place in the Circle cannot be bought. It begins with an application. When Chapter 0001 launches, entry closes permanently.
